I have been the new Marketing NCO for Kansas since 15Dec2017.  Since taking the position I have worked with multiple vendors with orders that I am placing and orders that were placed with my predecessor.  Lomar Specialty and Promote Army has been by far the best company I have worked with.  Your quality is hands down the best I have gotten.  I have taken past and current products and placed them side by side with yours and all my Recruiters and Leadership agree there is a definite difference.  Your customer service is very hands on and friendly, which in this day and age of automated responses means a great deal to me as a customer.  Not only have you met my short deadlines, you often produce and ship my products quicker than quoted.  I just wanted to take a few minutes to say what a great job you all have done and thank you for assisting me in making the transition into my new job smooth and making me look like a rock star to my Command and Recruiters.  Keep up the good work!
